2015 · Emergency conservation
The original FAQ described a statewide urban water reduction goal of 25%, with a cumulative 28% target for Riverside compared with 2013. Local restrictions and rebate programs supported that response.
Summer 2015–winter 2016 · Tracking progress
Monthly reports documented production and conservation results. The February 2016 summary reported 21% overall savings during the mandated period.
July 2016 · Return to Stage 1
The archived homepage announced that RPU customers had returned to Stage 1 of the Water Conservation ordinance.
